I just recently purchased a Canon 5D Mark II myself and was faced with the same decision. I talked to a few people and the sales person at BH Photo and most concur that 60Mb/s or UDMA 5 will suffice. I too was willing to fork over almost $100 more for the 90Mb/s UDMA 6 CF card, but there was no real benefit with the 5D Mark II.
