Hello, I have just started NG+ this morning. After several encounters with normal thugs, I realized that my ballistic armor didn't regenerate at all. Is this intended? If so, is there anyway to recoup your armor? HP did regain although it seems they only go back up to 50% instead of 100% in the original. Deleted the original and downloaded the GOTY edition in full. I don't even get a prompt to enter a CD key because the BmLauncher exe crashes. Same issue here too ,game wont even start!
